Tuve una excelente experiencia en este hotel. El servicio fue impecable, especialmente en la recepción: amables, atentos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. La habitación, aunque un poco pequeña, era muy cómoda y limpia, ideal para descansar luego de un día explorando la ciudad. La ubicación está un poco alejada del centro, pero está cerca de una estación de tren que conecta fácilmente con Manhattan y otras áreas de interés. Si sabes manejar la aplicación de MTA, moverte por la ciudad será mucho más fácil. Además, hay varios restaurantes y tiendas a poca distancia del hotel, lo que añade comodidad a la estadía. Definitivamente lo recomendaría.

這家酒店的質量不穩定，1月24日-30日住了6天，感覺非常好👍，然後去南方玩了幾天，回來再次預訂，給的房間特別差，09號房間和旁邊房間90度緊挨在一起，且對著電梯，房間不知什麼原因一直有轟鳴的聲音，可能是電梯工作的聲音，睡眠不好的人千萬不要拿09號房間

Sheraton Brooklyn has a spacious room. Very Friendly staff. I lost my phone in their lobby and their people are so quickly to respond. Very clean and affordable and so easy to get to brooklyn bridge and dumbo. We had fun biking our way there.

I booked a balcony room and was moved to a suite as they had oversold the balcony rooms. Suite was clean and accomodating. I would say the bathroom may need attention as there was mold near the shower and the toilet roll holder was coming off the wall. Other than that, loved the size and welcoming feel of the suite.

Be careful, especially if you are having a business 訂房網站, they issued a wrong invoice with wrong information and weren't able to correct. The generated invoice seems to have a refundable security deposit, because in the summary they put the cost of the first night as zero and the total payment made is without the first night, but they never do any kind of reimbursement. From my point of view, this could be considered tax evasion. They told you to just ignore the summary pages.
